Torch On

Torch on is a 4mm bitumen integrated membrane that is applied by heating the material and rolling it onto a pre-treated area. This product is used mainly on flat concrete roofs and is an excellent water proofing system. Mainly found applied to office blocks, shopping centers and flat concrete roofs.

Roof Coating / Roof Painting (Airless Spray System)

The roof paint is applied to the roof surface by means of an "airless spray system". It is sprayed on at a pressure of 2500 psi thus resulting in high penetration ensuring that the paint reaches all the cracks, crevices, joins and overlaps of the tile / roof surface that a paint brush would not normally reach. It also results in an even coat of paint giving your roof a new look and enhancing the value of your home.
