Reconditioning of Industrial Premises

Reconditioning of Industrial Premises measuring over 6000 sq meters. The IBR Roof Sheets have been cleaned of all rust and loose paint. All the roof sections have been waterproofed. Box gutters have been repaired and rubberised with new chromadek gutters installed to certain sections. New roof sheets were installed where required. All the roof sections were treated and painted by means of an airless spray system.

Hail Damage Repairs and Painting

Roof was repaired after hail damage, broken tiles and ridge tiles were replaced, and roof was serviced and then sprayed by means of an airless spray system.

Corrugated Roof Waterproofing and Painting

Leaking corrugated steel sheeting roof being repaired and waterproofed, all roof screws were maintained or replaced. Roof was prepared and painted by means of an airless spray system.

Construction of IBR Industrial Roof

Old roof sheets were removed and new roof sheets were fitted to this industrial steel structure.

Thatch Roof Converted to Tiles

Old thatched roof was removed and replaced by a modern new tiled roof. Walls were extended and altered to accommodate the new roof structure and the entire house was re-painted.

Domestic Roof Re-Construction and Painting

A section of the house was extended but the roof was incorrectly built, this was removed by Rand Roofing and re-constructed. General roof repairs and maintenance was carried out and then the roof was re-sprayed by means of an airless spray system.
